I am not taking any new yoga contracts this year (2018/2019).
I am taking a sabbatical year to focus on writing and creating a Developmental Movement Program for early childhood.

Yoga is one of the most effective and efficient systems for processing, digesting and integrating life experiences. Yoga not only increases strength and flexibility in your physical body, but also builds internal strength and flexibility so that we can become more responsive and less reactive in our lives. Yoga is not a self-improvement project, but rather a system through which our true selves are revealed as we surrender layers of defences, problem-soaked narratives, and habit energy.
Yoga is for EVERY body. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. Yoga reveals and heals.
My practice in Ocean Yoga includes private, corporate, contract and community services. I also teach in various teacher training programs across B.C.
Private Yoga Sessions
I offer one-on-one or small group sessions.
I provide individualized yoga and meditation services for prenatal, infant and postnatal, children, youth, adults, couples and families.
I offer health and wellness programs for staff settings, including education and day-long or urban retreats. I also provide week long school-based programs for children, youth and teaching staff.
I am so proud to share yoga with my Sangha- my community, at the South Surrey Community Recreation and Arts Centre on Friday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
